DAISA

DAISA was founded in 2022 by drs. Boris Kuijpers, together with trusted and experienced acceleration & venturing partners. He started his career at the Royal Military Academy. In 2000 he graduated at the University in Groningen as Master in Business Administration. Between 2003 and 2009, he worked at Fokker Aerospace and was responsible for several aerospace and defense tender programs. Among other he worked on F35 and CH47 projects together with Lockheed Martin and Boeing.

In 2011 he started working for the Pon company at the department Corporate Clients & Solutions. In this period he was responsible for one of the biggest defense replacement programs of all 4×4 vehicles of the Netherlands Royal Army. After successful winning this >100Million contract, he became responsible for all major Pon defense programs.

He participated in the Industry Land Maintenance Initiative, led by the commander of the Dutch Land Forces and he was board member of the Land Based Platform of the Netherlands Instituut for Defense & Security (NIDV)

In 2017 he initiated and founded a new ‘mobility as a service’ startup DOCKR. Within 3 years this company grew into a successful scale-up. In 2021 he left DOCKR and the Pon company for a sabbatical in which he discovered the beauty of transformational coaching. He started his coaching company on grief & loss and became volunteer for families in need.
